This retreat is designed to relax, renew and rejuvenate your mind, body & spirit. Alyssa and Matthew will offer daily practices of Barre and Yoga suitable for new and veteran practitioners alike. In between classes, there will be opportunities to enjoy the beach, swim in the crystalline chemical-free lap pool, kayak, surf, lie in a hammock, zip-line through the jungle, rapel down a waterfall, or pamper yourself in a variety of highly professional spa treatments.

Blue Osa Retreat & Spa
Step into the tranquil oasis that is Blue Osa. Set on a remote beachfront location, this eco-resort houses up to 32 guests in 12 comfortable eco-chic rooms located in three main buildings along with on-site facilities:

A column-free 1,350 square foot open-air YOGA STUDIO on the second floor of the yoga building overlooks our private beach.

A full-service ECO SPA that has two treatment rooms, each with a private, zen-like garden, and outdoor shower.

The COCINA, an open kitchen and dining room. During your stay, we provide healthy, mostly farm to table based meals that include freshly-caught fish and locally raised meat and poultry. Coffee, tea, and purified water are available throughout the day.

A chemical-free LAP POOL with a solar-powered filtration system. An Eco-friendly copper-silver ionizing system is used so that algae and other bacteria cannot live in the water.

An ORGANIC GARDEN that provides our kitchen with fresh vegetables and herbs. On the property are mango, guanabana, starfruit, citrus, banana, coconut, avocado, papaya trees and a pineapple patch. Additionally, we grow our own spinach, yucca, and other root vegetables. Everyday, our farmers bring freshly laid eggs to the cocina.

All rooms accommodate both single and double occupancy and eight of these rooms can sleep three people. Every room has a private bathroom. How To Register & Book Your Room For This Retreat
This retreat is open to everyone. No one is required to participate in any of our scheduled yoga or barre classes or other group events. This open approach makes our retreats great for your non-yogi friends, spouses, and family members, who might want to vacation with you but are concerned about the yoga component.
Solo travelers are welcome as well. We have single prices for all our rooms. For solo travelers looking for roommates, we create a list of single travelers and make introductions as they become available. Once folks have selected a roommate, the reservation process can proceed normally with a room selection from the available inventory.
Rooms are allocated on a first pay - first serve basis. All retreat participants must pay a deposit of $700.00 to secure a room reservation.
I'm Ready to Book My Room Now
If you are someone looking for a single room or a party of 2 to 3 people ready to commit, rooms can be reserved online with a credit card below. It will require the payment of a $1,400.00 Minimum Room Deposit (the equivalent of two $700.00 deposits). Once your room is reserved, we will reach out to you to determine your occupancy preference, the name of your roommate(s), and if any additional deposits may be required. All occupants of a room must pay their $700.00 deposit within two weeks of the initial reservation, otherwise you lose your exclusivity and the room returns to an on-sale status. Email invoices with Final Balance Payment Options will be sent out to all participants once all deposits are secured. All final balances for the retreat must be paid off by November 1st, 2017.

If you are a member of a party of 2 to 3 people ready to commit, but want to pay your deposits separately, this is your solution. You can each pay your $700.00 Deposit online with a credit card below. Once your deposit is received we will reach out to you to determine your preferred room choices and the name of your roommate(s). All occupants of a room must pay their $700.00 deposit before a room is assigned to you based on your preference of the available inventory at that time. Email invoices with Final Balance Payment Options will be sent out to all participants once all deposits are secured. All final balances for the retreat must be paid off by November 1st, 2017.

If you are a solo traveler, but don't want a single room, this is the best option for you. No deposit money is required at this time; just complete our Need A Roommate Survey below. This will place you on a Roommate Wanted list. As other people join introductions will be made based on appropriateness in part determined by your survey answers. If successful finding a compatible roommate, you can then follow either of the two room reservation processes identified above.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A $700.00 non-refundable deposit is required for every retreat participant. This deposit guarantees your room reservation until the Final Balance Payment Date.
Final Balance Payment Deadline – November 1st, 2017
All retreat package balances must be paid in full by November 1st, 2017. Retreat participants have the option of paying the balance off in one lump sum within 30 days of the deposit payment or by using our installment plan. This plan divides the balance due into equal monthly installments beginning the month following your deposit payment and ending on November 1st, 2017. Beyond this deadline, the reservation may be cancelled, the deposit(s) forfeited, and the room may be allocated to the waitlist and/or put back on sale.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel your trip, your entire payment will be refunded less the $700.00 deposit, if your cancellation is made before September 1st, 2017. Should you need to cancel after this date, for whatever reason, we will not be able to provide a refund or credit. However, we permit the transfer of your deposit or reservation to another person, assuming this transfer is acceptable to any roommates affected and that Twisters is given 30 days advanced notice to determine feasibility. No partial refunds or credits will be given for participants who arrive late or depart early on the retreat. For this reason we recommend that all retreat participants purchase travel insurance that allows for trip cancellations.
Travel Insurance: Strongly Recommended
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance in the case of any unexpected events or changes to your plans before or during your trip. Please review all policies carefully to ensure you get the coverage you want, including: trip cancellation or delay, personal property loss, medical treatment and emergency medical evacuation. The policies that offer "Cancel for Any Reason" benefits often require that you purchase this insurance within two weeks of your trip's first expense, i.e. the deposit.
